Protect MI Pollinators

In 2026 we're celebrating the Year of the Pollinator. By giving just $8/month to Protect MI Pollinators, you can help us expand habitats and create healthier, chemical-free yards across West Michigan where bees and butterflies can THRIVE.

Goal: Our goal is to partner with 100 Protect MI Pollinator supporters by spring 2026. A monthly gift of $8, or a one-time gift of $95, helps create pollinator-friendly yards across West Michigan and protects pollinators and their habitats.

Purpose: To give people in West Michigan what they need to grow pollinator havens in their own yards. We share clover, native wildflowers, grass seed, organic fertilizer and easy tips to keep lawns green without harmful chemicals.

Impact: Each Protect MI Pollinator gift plants enough clover to cover 60,000 square feet of lawn and adds wildflowers that feed thousands of pollinators across West Michigan. As this campaign reaches its goal, your support will also help plant trees in monarch sanctuaries in Mexico, fund a scholarship for students at the University of Michigan School of Environment and Sustainability, and lift up family farms that use safe, organic methods. Together, we can transform more than 8 million square feet of West Michigan yards into blooming, buzzing pollinator havens while also protecting pollinators across North America and lifting up the next generation of environmental scientists.

Individual action, collectively, can change the world!

$8/month. Why give?

As a thank-you, every donor will receive native seed to help expand the pollinator-safe spaces our community depends on.
